Strategy Assessment & Customer Focus Seminars provide in-depth understanding of agency missions, current direction, customer pain points and requirements over two half-days or a full day. Strategy Assessments review business pursuits, capture strategies, and product placement vs. target markets or programs. Strategy Assessments include a ½ day discovery with verbal subject matter expert feedback. In-depth assessments with ½ day debrief of findings & recommendations or written reports are also available. All workshops include ad hoc follow-up via email or phone for up to 30 days following debrief.
